What You Will Do
Create Foundational Knowledge Content
Transcribe training and learning videos into clear, accurate written transcripts
Ensure completeness and alignment with the original training material
Structure Content for Reuse
Convert transcripts into well-organized documents using defined formats
Break content into structured sections such as chapters, timelines, and logical flows
Ensure content is easy to navigate and understand
Prepare Content for AI and Digital Use
Structure documentation to support searchability and reuse
Organize content so it can be effectively used within AI-driven tools and systems
Ensure Quality and Consistency
Maintain high standards of accuracy, readability, and formatting consistency
Apply defined templates and documentation guidelines
Refine outputs based on feedback and quality checks
What We’re Looking For

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA:
Eurofins has a strong focus on the Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
