
Responsible for managing the configuration and maintenance of test codes and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the CTMS Laboratory Services Catalog. The role ensures laboratory services are aligned with client requirements and supported by accurate scientific data.
Translate project setup requirements into clearly defined laboratory services within the CTS Test Catalogue, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Configure and manage the interfacing of new, and updates to existing, laboratory tests between analyzers, the middleware, and the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Collaborate with Scientific Affairs to ensure all laboratory services in the CTS Test Catalogue are supported by traceable, well-documented global reference intervals and stability data.
Serve as a subject matter resource to support Scientific Affairs, Project Management, and Laboratory Management by addressing client-related inquiries regarding test setup, specifications, and service details.
Act as a liaison with local laboratory management to maintain and update laboratory capabilities within the CTS Test Catalogue.
Support knowledge sharing by maintaining clear documentation and assisting in the training of new staff as needed.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of laboratory data across systems and processes.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a diagnostic or clinical laboratory environment
Working knowledge of LIMS and clinical assays preferred
Bachelor of Science from an accredited institution
Degree in Medical Technology or Life Sciences preferred
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid office and laboratory environment
Strong customer service mindset with a sense of urgency and business awareness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications
