As a key member of our cGMP Warehouse team, you’ll support the safe and compliant control of materials—ensuring everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. You’ll work to support the various sites, supporting day‑to‑day operations with limited direct supervision while making a meaningful impact on our manufacturing success.
In this role, you will support warehouse operations with responsibility, accuracy, and strong attention to cGMP standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Receive, quarantine, and sample cGMP raw materials
Submit raw material samples to Quality Control
Stage raw materials for cGMP operations
Maintain adherence to all relevant EHSPs, GLIs, GAPs, and SOPs
Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety regulations
Identify, organize, and segregate hazardous chemical waste by class
Immediately report any workplace incidents or safety concerns
Coordinate material and equipment transfers between the Portland and Speakman locations
Support shipping of materials and finished products via courier
Fill in for the Warehouse Technician – Speakman role as needed
Conduct cycle counts and ongoing physical inventory checks
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and audit readiness
Participate in resolving audit findings and performance gaps
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
Participate in SOP, cGMP, and HS&E training sessions
Take on additional tasks as assigned to support operations

Minimum of College Diploma or Degree
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a chemical manufacturing facility preferably in a cGMP environment
Experience handling chemicals
Flexibility to adapt to and perform shift work as needed
Knowledge and ability to operate computerized equipment
Good verbal and written English communication skills
The starting annual base compensation for this position is $50,000 CAD. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
