Conduct of laboratory screening studies to investigate the Environmental Fate of agrochemical research candidates in soil, water and sediment
Preparation of stock, application and calibration solutions
Preparation of the study samples and application of the test chemicals
Extraction, preparation and analysis of samples by LC-MS/MS and high-resolution LC-MS
Calculation and presentation of results in the form of Excel spreadsheets
Evaluation of LCMS data for potential metabolites formed during the studies
General Laboratory and administrative tasks according to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
Successful apprenticeship as lab technician or BSc in Chemistry; Biology or a related subject
Experience within the agrochemical, chemical or pharmaceutical industry, research institute or in a GLP-certified CRO would be of advantage
Well-organized, flexible in work assignment and work schedule
Team spirit, high level of commitment and willingness to learn
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential. German and/or French are of advantage
