
Reporting to the Marketing Lead Italy and Greece, the Product Manager is responsible for developing and effectively executing the local market plan for the assigned product(s) within the country.
The role contributes to local marketing planning and ensures strong alignment between the regional brand strategy and country-level implementation, driving impactful execution and consistency across markets.
Liaising with IMCO on an ongoing basis to represent the strategic needs of Italy and ensure adequate attention and support from IMCO for:
Portfolio prioritization
Launch readiness in the country through plans, tools, required training, and relevant information needed for launch success
Ensuring alignment between Italy and IMCO with regard to brand strategies, and ensuring the diffusion of the marketing plan from IMCO to Italy
Working with all functions (Medical Affairs, Price & Trade Channel, and Business Excellence, etc.) to ensure deployment of marketing plans
Oversee AMI plans and activities and ensure alignment with strategic plans. Assess and augment AMI capabilities in country to ensure appropriate dissemination of medical education
Work with the Marketing Lead on the strategic plan and develop the local marketing strategy, core campaign, and tactics to be implemented in the annual marketing plan.
Partner with the local market on go-to-market/launch strategy, including marketing campaigns and communication.
Curate and share best practices and process efficiencies across the team.
Lead new product launch planning and implementation.
Ensure country execution is aligned with regional priorities.
Focus on building capabilities in the area of digital marketing as a key driver for market differentiation and business growth.
Contribute to the development of the business plan.
Ensure execution of campaigns and activities, maximizing share growth for the brands.
Work with KOLs and the strategic communications team to organize forums for delivery of the product message.
Adapt international marketing materials, get them approved, and develop local materials for use at country level on an annual basis.
Execute materials in marketing forums and media, seeking feedback on effectiveness and amending as appropriate.
Ensure preparation, translation, approval, and execution of promotional material for the country in line with the brand/product communication plan.
Develop guidelines for local marketing coordinators on KOL programs and monitor the effectiveness of local promotional materials.
Ensure pre-launch and launch tactics are optimized for new products.
Work with Medical Affairs and Strategic Communication groups to plan coordinated approaches to overall strategy.

University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing; digital marketing experience and exposure to regional or international environments are highly desirable
Additional marketing qualifications are a plus
Fluency in English, with proficiency in one additional language preferred
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Proven ability to manage key brand portfolios effectively
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to shape vision
Solid project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
