Eurofins Athens Analysis Laboratories, a trusted leader in independent laboratory testing across multiple sectors — including food, water, cosmetics, environmental, pharmaceutical, and dietary supplements — is looking for a Sales Assistant to support growth across all these areas. This is a job opportunity for someone eager to expand their skills in business development and grow within a dynamic, science-driven environment.
Provide administration support to the sales team as required
Monitor incoming enquiries and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and input into the CRM system where applicable
Setting up of agreed contracts, pricing structure and testing packages in the quotation system.
Preparing domestic and transactional quotations
Administration support
Continuous improvement – identification of opportunities for improvement of quality and services
Support field and office-based team as required
Actively promote Eurofins directly to our customers through calls, emails, etc.
Support the implementations of company systems
A qualification in Business / Marketing or Science or experience in Administration in a similar role.
C2 Proficiency
Good commercial awareness and business acumen.
Ability to understand client’s requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.
Highly organized, accurate and strong documentation skills.
Passionate about administration, quality and customer service
Proficient in all Microsoft Packages.
Highly motivated, professional and enthusiastic individual who can work well within a busy multi-disciplinary technical environment as well as under their own initiative
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and co-ordinate both your own workload
Ability to understand customers’ requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.
Skills to influence others to achieve common goals for the benefit of our customers
Confident approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to form strong working relationships with colleagues, partner laboratories and customers
