Manager, Process Engineering Job Locations US-NC-Holly Springs Posted Date 4 days ago (7/30/2026 9:31 AM) Requisition ID 2026-38170 Category Engineering Company (Portal Searching) FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Position Overview The Manager , Process Engineering is responsible for leading the Upstream and Downstream Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM) Process Engineering team and activities from inoculation throug h bulk fill. The Manager utilize s their technical expertise with process equipment and processes to provide support and direction on technical topics.

T his role applies their leadership experience to oversee and manage a team of experie nced and developing engineer s supp orting operations, techn ology transfers (TT) , and projects on time and within budget. Additionally, th e Manager drives site engineering goals and deliverables ensuring the successful manufacturing operations.
