font-size: 12pt;">Holds an associate degree or demonstrates equivalent work experience in a related field.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Brings at least one year of experience supporting leave of absence and reasonable accommodation programs within a human resources or employee relations environment</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Has two to three years of experience in a customer-facing or team member support role.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintains a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;
