About the Role:As a Recruitment Specialist (Team Member Relations Specialist), you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment outcomes.

Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment activities, including role scoping, advertising, direct contacting potential applicants through unique platforms and approaches, applicant screening, interview coordination, interviews, reference checking and offer preparation. You will have the ability to think outside the box, be creative, find solutions and collaborate as well as excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels as well as a strong ability to select to our culture and values.
