Through a combination of on‑the‑job training, structured learning, and cross‑functional collaboration, this position contributes to efficient production planning, material management, and continuous improvement efforts.

font-size: 12pt;">Complete on‑the‑job training, structured workshops, and guided learning modules to build foundational operational knowledge and technical skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Learn and apply SAP management systems (ERP/MRP) to support tasks such as material planning, shop floor control, and production tracking.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with manufacturing cost analyses, production scheduling, capacity planning, and material requirements planning to support operational decision‑making.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to cross‑functional projects aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing overall operations.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif;
