Position Description Applied Medical is seeking a warehouse lead to own the daily execution of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and shipment processing. The warehouse lead works hands-on alongside the warehouse associate while taking ownership of workflow priorities and issue resolution.

In a lean, two-person operation, this warehouse operations lead applies practical judgment, autonomy, and a team-first approach to keep picking, packing, shipping, and receiving moving on schedule. Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities support success in this shipping and receiving lead role. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute daily picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities accurately and on schedule.</li><li>Coordinate and prioritize the daily workload to meet service expectations and maintain throughput.</li><li>Monitor order flow, resolve fulfillment issues, and coordinate carrier handoffs so outbound shipments leave on time.</li><li>Maintain inventory accuracy through correct system transactions, sound handling practices, and discrepancy investigation.</li><li>Manage return and reverse logistics processes, including returned goods authorization (RGA) and equipment returns, and support quarantine segregation and documentation.</li><li>Sustain a safe, organized warehouse environment and report facility or equipment issues promptly.</li><li>Guide and support the warehouse associate while promoting a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented team.</li><li>Identify recurring operational issues and propose practical process improvements with the broader operations team.</li></ul>Success in This Role Looks Like<ul><li>Fulfill orders accurately and on time to meet service expectations.</li><li>Sustain inventory accuracy across system transactions and physical handling.</li><li>Resolve fulfillment and carrier issues quickly to protect throughput.</li><li>Strengthen daily operations through guidance and support to the warehouse associate.</li><li>Improve workflows by surfacing recurring issues and implementing practical solutions.</li></ul> Position Requirements This position requires the following skills and attributes:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Two to five years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations environments</li><li>Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage a daily workload with minimal supervision</li><li>Comfort navigating ERP systems, reports, and operational data</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration as a team member</li><li>Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable approach in a lean environment with shifting priorities</li><li>Ability to work in an indoor warehouse environment without cold storage or hazardous materials</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds</li></ul> Preferred The following skills and attributes are preferred:<ul><li>Experience with SAP enterprise resource planning software</li><li>Experience in a medical device, healthcare, or regulated distribution environment</li></ul> Benefits <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="color: #212121;">Competitive compensation range: CAD $23- $25 / hour.</li><li style="color: #212121;">Comprehensive benefits package.</li><li style="color: #212121;">Training and mentorship opportunities.</li><li style="color: #212121;">Education reimbursement program.</li><li style="color: #212121;">Generous vacation accrual and paid holiday schedule.</li></ul>Please note that the compensation range may be adjusted in the future, and bonus and incentive compensation plans may apply.
