Our unique business model, combined with our dedication to delivering the highest quality products, enables team members to contribute in a larger capacity than is possible in typical positions.</span></p> <br><strong>Position Description</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong> </strong>As a Regional Account Manager Associate in the Dallas area you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p><ul><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0in;">Provide surgical case coverage across multiple accounts within the assigned multi-state district, ensuring consistent product support in the operating room.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0in;">Serve as a district-wide resource to support case coverage needs, including high-volume accounts, product evaluations/conversions and representative absences.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0in;">Deliver clinical and technical expertise to surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff during live surgical procedures.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0in;">Partner with territory sales representatives and district leadership to ensure effective execution of sales and service strategies.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0in;">Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, clinical staff, and hospital administrators.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0in;">Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products, surgical techniques, and competitive offerings to support procedural success.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0in;">Assist with staff education, product training, and in-servicing to ensure proper adoption and utilization of surgical devices.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0in;">Maintain accurate records of case activity, customer feedback, and territory support using company reporting tools.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0in;">Travel extensively across 2–3 states, managing a flexible schedule to accommodate urgent case coverage needs.</li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0in;">Adhere to all company, industry, and regulatory standards for compliance, quality, and customer interactions.</li></ul> <br><strong>Position Requirements</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This position requires the following skills and attributes:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree </span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in sales, healthcare, or clinical support</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong record of achievement in academics, athletics, or prior professional roles, demonstrating competitiveness and resilience.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to learn complex medical terminology, surgical procedures, and technical product information quickly.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) across a district, often on short notice.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Comfort working in high-pressure environments such as the operating room.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must live in the geographical location of the position or be willing to relocate</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">4 year degree</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: black;">Applied Medical Field Team Members must be able to meet third party credentialing</span><span style="color: black;"> requirements, which may include but are not limited to COVID-19 vaccination.</span></span></li></ul> <br><strong>Benefits</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">The base compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 / year for the position in Dallas. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
