This role is well-suited for candidates with a background in product design engineering, mechanical design, or biomedical device development who are looking to apply their skills in a cross-functional medical device engineering environment.

The Design Engineer performs root cause analysis on component and product failures, implements corrective actions, and translates clinical needs and surgical procedure requirements into actionable design specifications.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design and develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications based on project requirements using CAD software to produce two-dimensional and three-dimensional models.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform root cause analysis on component and product failures and implement corrective actions to improve product performance and manufacturing processes.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation including drawings, specifications, and design review records.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical development engineering, operations, process development, product managers, and manufacturing teams to support seamless product integration.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and resolve design and development challenges by generating solutions, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective measures.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing engineering, or equivalent.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Two to three years of experience in product development with demonstrated personal design experience.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency with CAD software for two-dimensional and three-dimensional product modeling.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and software development processes.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to understand complex product development projects and identify critical design elements.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;
