This role combines advanced technical expertise with project leadership to ensure molds and research and development components are built accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with engineering specifications and quality standards.

The mold maker directs machining and support teams through complex workflows, enabling smooth process flow and timely project execution.</span></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and guide the construction of injection molds and research and development components in accordance with engineering drawings, routing sheets, and manufacturing instructions.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate machining, inspection, and design teams to ensure clear communication and efficient project progression.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify, prioritize, and sequence tasks to manage component flow through the shop and meet development timelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create detailed routing sheets that define the full component construction process from start to completion.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare prototype components by mounting on pallets and ensuring proper fixturing for repeatable machining results.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Five or more years of experience in injection mold making or mold building within a manufacturing environment.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate machining and tooling teams through complex builds.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience developing routing sheets, schedules, and workflows for mold and component construction.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain efficient process flow.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;
