<p>Reporting to: Head of ONC BU<br>Location: Beijing </p><p><br>As the Rare Tumor Franchise Head, you will lead the marketing, sales, and customer solution teams to drive the strategic direction and commercial success of the franchise, including Pimicotnib and SpringWorks. You will oversee all aspects of brand management, including developing and implementing effective GTM strategy, brand position/strategy and sales deployment, innovative solution to drive patient uptake etc., by fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure the brand meets its growth objectives in alignment with the company’s overall strategy, while driving revenue growth in ONC China.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Leadership:</strong> Develop and execute the GTM (go to market) strategy to ensure an effective orgnization & team synergy to maximize potential business growth.</li><li><strong>Branda strategy:</strong> Clearly define brand strategy (e.g Pimicotinib/Springworks brand) to achieve sales targets and market share goals.</li><li><strong>Sales Strategy Development and implmentation</strong>: Create and implement effective sales strategies that enhance market penetration and revenue growth in ONC China.</li><li><strong>Market Analysis: </strong>Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the rare tumor landscape, providing actionable insights for brand decisions.

Track and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance market performance and customer engagement.</li><li><strong>Team Leadership: </strong>Lead the marketing, sales, and customer solution teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance to achieve franchise objectives.Cross-function collaboration: Take full ownership for Pimi commercial success by leveraging and synergizing cross-team efforts and resources.</li><li><strong>Budget Management:</strong> Develop and manage the franchise budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize brand impact.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and internalstakeholders to drive brand loyalty and advocacy.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Who you are: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in science, health care or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in managing a product or franchise with a successful track record of driving growth.

Minimum 10 years‘ experience in Pharmacutical industry with strong sales, marketing and managerial experiences, <strong>specifically in rare disease product is a must</strong>.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams in marketing, sales, and customer solutions.</li><li>In-depth understanding of the Chinese pharmaceutical market; experience in rare diseases is preferred.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation, and presentation abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed.</li></ul>
