You will lead key initiative including multiple projects focused on the design, synthesis, characterization of innovative nanoparticle technologies, and its application in CMP slurries.

Your responsibilities will include develop abrasive technology roadmap, manage projects with detailed milestone and success criteria, develop laboratory experiments and metrology, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-regional, cross-functional teams and central units to accelerate the development and implementation of newly developed particles.
