Your Role:In this role your responsibilities are, but not limited to:<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Perform multi-disciplined, complex and established processes, assays and/or unit operations, primarily those requiring a higher level of skill and knowledge.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Contribute to support functions of the manufacturing area (e.g., maintain equipment, analyze raw materials, restock lab supplies, waste disposal).

Train personnel and act as a technical consultant as needed. Perform and interpret analytical evaluations of products and intermediates.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Participate as needed in quality audits and interface with external customers.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Perform advanced troubleshooting utilizing technical knowledge and theory.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Design basic experiments, evaluate data and draw conclusions.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Write, modify and improve procedures consistent with safety and quality guidelines.

Ensure all applicable logbooks have been filled out completely as required by current procedures. Work within established processes/procedures for existing and new product introduction.

Continually improve processes and procedures by trialing changes in a small-scale environment as needed to validate the expected impact of the change.</li></ul> Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications:<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering or Life Science discipline and 2+ years of work experience.</li></ul>OR<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Master’s Degree Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering or Life Science discipline and 1+ years of work experience.</li></ul>OR<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">PhD. in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering or Life Science discipline.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience with laboratory instruments and production equipment, process techniques and unit operations, analytical techniques and equipment.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong communication skills, oral and written.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong computer skills, mechanical skills and troubleshooting skills.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong laboratory and analytical skills.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience in ISO Quality standards.</li></ul>RSREMDPay Range for this position: $77500/yr - $122,800/yr The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.

Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
