manage hiring, performance, and development plans.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Foster a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability; provide guidance on sensitive personnel issues with discretion.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Stakeholder management</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business units on regulatory risk and investigation findings.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Manage relationships with internal and external auditors and external service providers as needed.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Ensure clear, timely communications with impacted parties, including executive briefings and Board-level updates.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Who you are:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Education: Bachelor above degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications preferred.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience: 10+ years in legal, compliance, investigations, risk management, or internal audit; multinational corporate experience preferred.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Knowledge: Strong understanding of anti-corruption, data privacy regulations, trade compliance, sanctions, AML, and competition/antitrust considerations.
