Technical Application Expert, SU&IPS India

<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Your Role:</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative expert to lead the development and execution of Single Use and Integrated Platform Solutions (SUIPS) for the biopharmaceutical industry. This role is responsible for delivering technically and commercially sound integrated solutions, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution in line with Company’s global standards.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, project leadership experience, and a collaborative mindset to enable customer-centric innovations across biologics modalities including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), Vaccines, Classical Pharma and Cell / gene therapy (CGT).</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Drive Integrated Solutions, Develop and implement cross-functional SUIPS solutions that align with customer requirements and expand step share of Company’s Process Solutions portfolio.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Customer Engagement & Project Leadership, Cross-functional Collaboration</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Partner with sales and field teams to co-develop strategies, manage key customer projects, and ensure seamless solution delivery.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Work closely with stakeholders in Manufacturing, MSAT, Field Service, Technical Support, Marketing and other Customer Applications team members to ensure smooth project management and execution.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Technical & Market Leadership, Data & Reporting and Strategic Alignment</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems, bioprocess technologies, and automation trends.

Engage with external industry bodies (e.g., ISPE, PDA) to enhance Company’s market presence.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Collaborate with India & APeC regional and global leadership to implement business strategies and achieve market penetration goals.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate documentation, update CRM tools like Salesforce.com, and provide regular competitive intelligence, best practice and progress reports to senior leadership.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Who You are:</span></strong></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related discipline.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">7-10 years of relevant experience in bioprocessing and proven experience in complex opportunities.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of both stainless steel and single-use systems, as well as related consumables.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Demonstratable hands-on experience with Single Use and/or system hardware.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">In-depth knowledge of biopharma production processes and technologies: mAbs, Vaccines, Classical Pharma, ADCs, CGT.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Travel would be required to attend training and development or nurture opportunities across the assigned region (West & Parts of North India)</span></li></ul>
