You will be a key contributor to ensuring product launches for our Life Science Business are executed on time, while also driving operational excellence through structured project delivery and proactive performance management.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Regulatory Affairs (50%)</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Collaborate with global Product Management, Regulatory, and external teams to ensure accurate, on-time product launches.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Gather, consolidate, and validate compositional, physical, and regulatory data for assessments and hazardous characterization.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Partner with internal processing teams to ensure regulatory decisions are correctly applied across the product lifecycle.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Project Management (50%)</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, meeting milestones, timelines, and stakeholder commitments.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Monitor operational KPIs, flag risks early, and develop improvement plans with clear actions and owners.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Prepare status reports and executive updates, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Apply project management methodologies to track tasks, manage risks, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Who you are:</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Master's degree in Natural Sciences or a related field</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">5+ years in Regulatory Affairs and Project Management</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experienced in KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and data-driven improvement planning</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Proficient in SAP, JIRA, Palantir, and Microsoft 365</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Self-driven, problem solver and critical thinker, collaborative, and able to influence without authority.<br><br></span></li></ul><br><p><strong>What we offer: </strong>We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
