Product Manager - Fertility

<p>Report to: <strong>Group Product Manager</strong></p><p><strong>What Should You Do:</strong></p><p><strong>Product Strategy & Portfolio Management</strong><br>• Develop and implement product strategies for fertility drugs, including positioning, pricing, and lifecycle planning.<br>• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide product decisions.<br>• Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt product offerings for the Vietnamese market.</p><p><strong>Marketing & Promotion</strong><br>• Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting fertility clinics, OB-GYNs, and IVF centers.<br>• Collaborate with Medical team to organize medical education events, webinars, and promotional activities.<br>• Prepare promotional materials in compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations.</p><p><strong>Commercial Support & Training</strong><br>• Train medical representatives on product features, benefits, and clinical applications.<br>• Support field teams with scientific data, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies.</p><p><strong>Forecasting & Budgeting</strong><br>• Lead annual and quarterly forecasting for fertility product sales and demand.<br>• Develop and manage marketing and operational budgets aligned with business objectives.<br>• Track performance against forecasts and adjust strategies to meet financial targets.</p><p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong><br>• Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), fertility specialists, and hospital procurement teams.<br>• Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product improvements and strategy</p><p><strong>Regulatory & Compliance</strong><br>• Coordinate with regulatory affairs to ensure timely product registration and compliance with MOH guidelines.<br>• Maintain pharmacovigilance and documentation standards.</p><p>To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information and ensuring the necessary information is forwarded to the Local Pharmacovigilance Responsible Person (LPVR) in Vietnam within 24 hours.</p><p>Other tasks as directed by line manager or BU Head/Director</p><p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.</li><li>MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is highly preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5-7 years in pharmaceutical product management, preferably in fertility, women’s health, or endocrinology.</li><li>Excellent understanding of fertility treatment protocols and drug mechanisms.</li><li>Excellent financial acumen in forecasting and budget planning.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and external partners.</li><li>Strong leadership capabilities to drive initiatives and mentor teams.</li><li>Fluent in Vietnamese and English.</li></ul>
