Please do not share outside of the organization.</strong></p><br><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Your Role:</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Design and perform regular maintenance and optimization of electrical control systems within the plant to ensure reliable operation.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Work with the Maintenance department to schedule and oversee preventative maintenance activities for electrical systems.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in electrical systems, implementing repairs as needed to minimize downtime.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Monitor electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, conducting necessary inspections and audits.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Manage and execute improvement projects within stipulated timeframes and budget constraints, ensuring they meet intended design specifications as per the capability of Project Excellence.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Conduct comprehensive analysis and develop solutions for optimal performance, ensuring integration of new technologies and analytics tools as needed.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Develop and implement standardized procedures that facilitate easy maintenance, minimize downtime, and reduce maintenance costs based on the Design for Maintenance capability.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Contribute to the execution of the Life Science strategy and strive for technological advancement by evaluating effective, sustainable, and state-of-the-art solutions in line with applicable safety and quality requirements.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Physical Attributes:</span></p><ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Sit, stand, walk, reach above the shoulder, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch for long periods of time.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Use close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision and the ability to adjust focus.</span></li></ul><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including hardhat, safety shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, safety harness and protective clothing.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">3+ years of experience in Engineering.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Verbal written and communication skills.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">PMP Certification.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Pay Range for this position: $96,700/yr - $145,000/yr</span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position.
The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
