This role is essential to maintaining production flow, inventory accuracy, and traceability of medical device components.

The Material Handler works collaboratively within a team environment while upholding Applied Medical’s standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence.</span></p><div><h2><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform material handling and production support activities in production.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Count, pick and process transfer orders to ensure accurate and timely movement of materials between departments.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;" data-teams="true">Prepare materials for use in production process by measuring, weighing as required.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Distribute raw materials and semi‑finished goods to designated areas throughout Applied Medical in support of daily production needs.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain strict part and lot number segregation to ensure full traceability and compliance with quality system requirements.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct bin audits as directed by the Team Leader to support inventory accuracy and continuous improvement.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to a positive team environment by offering suggestions for workflow improvements and supporting a cohesive, collaborative workplace.</span></li></ul><h2><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This position requires the following skills and attributes:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work onsite either in Rancho Santa Margarita (RSM) or Lake Forest, CA, based on business needs</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with team members, and comprehend work instructions and safety guidelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform continuous hands‑on tasks throughout the shift.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, following proper safety and ergonomic practices.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;
