What you will do The Finance Senior Analyst supports financial controlling and performance management for the Mandra manufacturing site. The role delivers accurate financial reporting, provides actionable insights, and partners with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and business decision-making.
Major Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver month-end and quarter-end financial close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting Analyze financial performance and cost drivers to support operational efficiency Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and alignment Partner with plant operations and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights Prepare management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies Collaborate with shared services and finance teams to resolve financial issues What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or manufacturing finance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment What’s in it for you?
