This individual will manage front desk operations, support day-to-day office administration, and partner closely with the procurement and facilities teams to coordinate deliveries and maintain efficient office operations.This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced biotech environment supporting scientific and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Office OperationsServe as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, vendors, and employeesManage front desk coverage, phone lines, and general office inquiriesMaintain a professional reception environment and conference room readinessCoordinate visitor access, badging, and meeting logisticsProcurement & Shipping SupportReceive and log incoming packages, including scientific shipments and office suppliesCoordinate with procurement and lab teams to ensure timely delivery of materialsNotify internal stakeholders of deliveries and arrange distributionSupport outgoing shipments and courier coordination as neededOffice AdministrationOrder office supplies and maintain inventory of common use itemsCoordinate office vendors including catering, maintenance, and office servicesSupport onboarding logistics including workspace preparation and suppliesAssist with company events, meetings, and onsite activitiesFacilities CoordinationReport facility issues and coordinate repairs with building managementPartner with internal teams to maintain a safe and organized office environmentSupport emergency preparedness processes and office proceduresQualificationsBachelor’s degree required3+ years of office management, front desk, or administrative experience, preferably in biotech, healthcare, or a fast-paced corporate environmentExperience managing deliveries, shipping, or procurement coordination strongly preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional communication skills and customer service mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)Experience with office systems such as badge management or visitor tracking is a plusPreferred QualificationsBilingual in Chinese (Mandarin)Experience supporting laboratory or scientific office environmentsExperience working with procurement or facilities teamsExperience supporting growing or scaling organizationsWork EnvironmentFull-time onsite role in Redmond, WARequires daily front desk presenceMay involve occasional lifting of packages (up to ~30 lbs)Compensation and Benefits:The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
