Compensation: $18.50 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM The salary for this position reflects a variety of factors. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity.

Find your place at Pace®! Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to support project management and act as a liaison between project management, logistics , and clients.

This role offers a pathway to becoming a Project Coordinator 2, or a Team lead . Key Responsibilities: O rganize client requests and project documents Maintain user database to ensure project accuracy Act as a liaison for project needs and provide guidance for the client Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate department Schedule and input bottle orders based on client sampl ing needs Assist in developing project objectives , logistic s , and other requirements.

Interpret and apply department policies , taking into account applicable laws and regulations. Contribute to the overall department efficiency , effectiveness , and productivity Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve .

Required Background/Experience: Associates degree or higher a plus but not re quired . 2+ years of customer service experience Demonstrate s progression of self-management abilities. Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry skills Desired Soft Skills: Energetic and positive outlook.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong client and relationship management. Ability to work constructively and under pressure.
