You will focus on the operational and administrative implementation of our global Service Delivery Model, driving process harmonization, digitalization, and quality assurance.

As the operational engine of this initiative, you will lead essential PMO activities, including project tracking, risk management, and KPI reporting, while partnering closely with our global delivery and experience strategy teams. By championing process excellence and expanding self-service options through Legal Tech, you will actively help shape and execute high-impact strategic priorities that modernize our global Legal & Compliance landscape.</span></p><p data-path-to-node="3"> </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Who you are:</span></p><p> </p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="5,0,0"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Brings practical experience in project management or PMO support, with a strong understanding of project governance, change management principles, and structured tracking.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks independently, structure complex processes, and work effectively with minimal direction.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="5,2,0"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Possesses a solid understanding of legal and compliance processes, with experience working in a legal service center considered a distinct advantage.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="5,3,0"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Comfortable working with data to analyze and present information clearly, with high proficiency in MS Office to create executive-ready presentations.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="5,4,0"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the tact and discretion required to manage senior stakeholders, handle confidential information, and thrive in a cross-cultural matrix environment.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;" data-path-to-node="5,5,0"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Proficient in English, with spoken and written German skills being highly desirable.</span></li></ul><br><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><strong>What we offer:</strong> We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
