Commercial Technical Manager

<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Your role</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Commercial team point of contact for reporting progress and closure of Customer technical needs, quality related notifications to the internal functions for communication to the customer</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Monitor high visibility customer technical requests, communicating with Sales, engineers, sourcing and manufacturing on status, at risks, and estimated timelines</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Support general equipment proposals as needed to support the customers with Sales team</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Provide technical sales support to customers as needed for spare parts and minor spec gas and chemical precursor equipment questions</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Sales interface for Start-up services opportunities in region.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Coordinate with the Sales and appropriate internal individuals to help facilitate the closure of manufacturing and engineering offline issues</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Assist the Sales team with engineering team for TRM/TEM for Korea customers</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Flexibility in dealing with competing priorities, have the skills for developing solutions for customer needs and a willingness to work in a fast-paced organization.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Indirect leadership/influence of Korea Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Field Service team and Engineering teams to guide the prioritization of Korea customer related projects and Customer support.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Who you are</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree Preferred or 5+ years in the Semiconductor industry</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">5-10 years of work experience in Gas/Chemical cabinet</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">5-10 years of project management or Engineering experience in Semiconductor Delivery systems or Service</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with global leadership and cross-functional teams.</span></li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Equipment experience in Gas/Chemical cabinet is a plus</span></li></ul><p style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"> </p><p>*내부 전보 확정 시 법인 이동이 필요한 경우, 퇴직급여 정산 또는 이전절차 및 각종 사내대출상환 절차가 필요할 수 있습니다. 내부 지원 시 해당 사항을 숙지하고 지원한 것으로 간주합니다.</p>
