Project Support Manager (Clinical Reasearch)

Internal Job Description The role As part of IQVIA’s Healthcare Professional (HCP) Network, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful operational delivery of clinical and healthcare programs. You will oversee onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day management of on-demand healthcare professionals, supporting the scaling of a fast-growing global network.

This position is critical to maintaining delivery quality, enabling workforce expansion, and ensuring that projects are executed on time and in line with internal standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as a central point of coordination between project teams and HCP staff.

Key responsibilities Manage onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of HCP Network staff Oversee operational aspects of projects, including timelines, deliverables, and quality standards Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and field-based healthcare professionals Monitor staff performance, utilization, and compliance with requirements Track project financials, including deliverables and invoicing Lead issue resolution and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Support resource planning and workforce scaling initiatives Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency Job Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Solid experience in project management, operations, or workforce coordination and management Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to drive results and solve problems proactively Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or staffing environments is an advantage Amenable to work on Hybrid set up Amenable to work on Mid shift schedule IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
