More than a data maintenance role, you will help enable smooth business operations, support internal stakeholders, and contribute to continuous process and data quality improvements.<h2>What you'll do</h2>You are someone who enjoys creating structure, values accuracy, and is always looking for ways to improve. In this role, you will:<ul><li>Maintain and monitor customer, vendor, and field team master data across core systems</li><li>Create, maintain, and validate customer contract pricing in SAP according to established pricing structures and controls</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems and processes</li><li>Support territory alignment updates and CRM data maintenance</li><li>Maintain material determination for European plants</li><li>Support data-related activities in systems such as GS1 and GTS</li><li>Provide technical and operational support to internal stakeholders</li><li>Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency</li><li>Contribute to automation, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><h2>Who you are</h2>✔ Data-driven and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy ✔ Process-oriented and comfortable working within established procedures and controls ✔ Improvement-focused, always looking for smarter ways of working ✔ A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across functions ✔ A clear communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders across Europe What you can expect<div><ul><li>A role with a direct impact on daily operations and customer experience</li><li>A collaborative and supportive international team environment</li><li>Opportunities to contribute to process improvement, automation, and innovation</li><li>A workplace where your ideas and initiative are valued</li><li>The opportunity to build a strong foundation in data management, SAP, and business processes while developing your continuous improvement skills</li></ul>We're building a team that doesn't just react to business needs—we anticipate them through high-quality data, continuous improvement, and smarter ways of working.</div></div> What you bring In addition, you bring:<ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, master data, or a related operational role</li><li>Experience working in an international environment</li><li>Knowledge of the order-to-cash process</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills</li><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA (required); SAP CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage</li></ul> Grow with usWe're not looking for a master data expert.<div>We're looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow.
