As a Senior Expert in HR Strategy & Consulting, you will shape how the HR function operates, evolves, and delivers impact across a global science and technology company. Working at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and analytics, you will influence decisions that affect thousands of employees and help build an HR organization that is agile, data-informed, and future-ready.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
