
AbbVie is currently seeking a Digital Producer on a 6 month Max Term Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside cross functional commercial teams in the organisation, building solid relationships to shape solutions and support the multichannel roadmap aligned with AbbVie’s digital transformation journey. You can work autonomously as well as part of the wider cross-functional team playing a key support role to the marketing teams aiding implementation of digital campaigns and projects along with maintenance of our customer self-service website and marketing automation platform on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Work closely with the Multichannel and Commercial Business Technology Solutions (BTS) teams to ensure alignment to local and global strategic vision
Regularly report to client stakeholders as well as internal senior management
Identify any risks or issues, implement mitigation plans where possible and/or resolve in a timely manner
Help marketing teams execute their digital campaigns on time, on budget and to a high standard
Work collaboratively with 3rd party agencies/vendors to deliver digital campaigns according to agreed project specifications and estimates
Manage various projects of varying complexity and budgets simultaneously
Proactively monitor digital campaigns, identify maintenance/quality improvements and work with multichannel team to ensure all stakeholders are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns
Gain a strong knowledge and become champion of AbbVie's marketing automation and web platforms eWizard, SFMC & AEM
Work collaboratively with brand teams on content creation and implementation on key AbbVie platforms (i.e. including eWizard, AEM, SFMC, On24)
Content preparation, creation and implementation in line with brand team needs
Produce and implement designs for web, mobile, banners, eDMs and social media assets, adhering to brand guidelines
Build and manage customer journey's in SFMC
Work with marketing teams to rollout webinar content on AbbVie remote engagement platforms
eDM/website content release planning
Manage releases from end to end and publish update, ensuring project governance is adhered too with follow up QA to ensure quality and customer experience
Take ownership of Quality Control / Quality Assurance process
QA solutions in testing environments to ensure quality and customer experience is high
Test and review the output of projects for quality assurance and user experience
Be technically minded, and able to think pragmatically and resolve issues
Report any adverse event within 24 hours as per AbbVie’s policies and procedures.
Proactively participate in AbbVie’s WHS programs, adhere to policies and promote a safe work environment at all times.
Adhere to AbbVie’s codes of conduct and compliance processes, including timely training and maintaining ethics and integrity.
Other ad hoc duties such as administrative duties, as requested.
Experience in designing across multiple digital channels including websites, eDMs, and social media.
CMS and digital platform experience across eWizard, AEM and Wordpress essential
Knowledge and understanding of Javascript/jQuery
Experience with HTML, CSS, building EDMs and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform including journey and audience builder
Skilled in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Excellent organisation and time and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
Web analytics and site reporting skills that drive insights and recommendations
Attention to detail and pro-active problem solving skills
Ability to translate technical information to non-tech people
