The opportunity

As Associate Director, Data & Information Architecture, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing the enterprise data architecture strategy that enables REGENXBIO’s commercial growth. Working closely with business & IT leadership, you’ll build and lead a secure, scalable commercial data warehouse; integrate internal and third-party data; establish master and reference data standards; and partner across Commercial, Medical, Legal, and IT to deliver trusted analytics with clear lineage, quality, and privacy controls. This is a “build and scale” role focused on enabling growth: ensuring systems and data support the next phase of the business.

Please note that this role requires a part-time onsite presence. During the first 3–4 months, while project activities are ramping up, the position is expected to be onsite approximately 50% of the time. The onsite requirement is anticipated to decrease thereafter, with the longer-term arrangement to be discussed based on project and business needs.
