Role: Sales Representative – Aesthetics ( Masovian & Podlaskie Voivodeship ) Role overview As a Sales Representative – Aesthetics, you will drive sales growth of Galderma’s aesthetics portfolio across the Masovian + Podlaskie Voivodeship.

This is a field-based role focused on building strong partnerships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in aesthetic medicine clinics and dermatology practices. You will plan and deliver regular customer visits, position Galderma solutions against competitors, and ensure high-quality execution and compliant reporting of all activities in company systems.

Key requirements Proven experience in field sales as a Medical Representative / Pharmaceutical Sales Representative or comparable healthcare sales role. Track record of achieving sales targets and developing a territory through structured planning and customer engagement.

Experience working with HCPs in clinics or practices, including scheduling and conducting planned visits. Willingness and ability to work primarily in the field and travel regularly within Masovian & Podlaskie Voivodeship Valid driving license.

Skills & Qualifications Strong consultative selling skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and competitive product positioning. Ability to clearly communicate and present product and clinical information to HCPs and clinic staff.

Proven relationship-building skills and customer-focused mindset, with a long-term partnership approach. Solid territory management, planning, and organizational skills, with disciplined follow-up and reporting.

High level of autonomy, reliability, and accountability in a field-based environment. Experience using CRM / activity reporting tools (e.g.

Veeva or similar) and HR / attendance systems. Confident user of standard digital tools (laptop, tablet/iPad, phone, MS Office).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (life sciences or business is an advantage). Good command of English is an advantage, depending on team and training needs.
