BPE ERP Deployment

<h3><strong>Your Role:</strong></h3><p> </p><ul><li>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Process Expert (BPE) ERP Deployment with expertise in Record to Report (R2R) mainly in Bank Subledger to join our dynamic international team.</li><li>This role is pivotal in driving the implementation of SAP across various projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of R2R processes.</li><li>To be successful in this role we need you to have experience in improving processes, reviewing, and interpreting migrated data and tested processes, creating documentations and instructions.</li><li>The responsibilities relate to operative activities for R2R processes, participation in SAP roll-out projects, process testing, collaborating with cross-functional departments.</li><li>You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>You will work closely with the respective Project Manager to coordinate and plan all day-to-day project activities.</li><li>The position is in Finance department however you will closely collaborate with IT teams.</li></ul><p> </p><h3><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h3><p> </p><ul><li>University degree, business related,</li><li>4+ years of meaningful work experience in finance/accounting processes and SAP - module FI: Bank Processing; Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables experience is an asset,</li><li>Proven track of record in supporting projects (implementation, process & data migration testing) ideally in full life cycle SAP module FI</li><li>Deep understanding of operational finance aspects and requirements,</li><li>Analytical, conceptual & problem-solving skills,</li><li>Strong team-player with experiences in international work environment,</li><li>Excellent English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills,</li><li>Flexibility & willingness for regular business trips – around 10% per year.</li></ul>
