Job Description About the role: Own enterprise-wide implementation leadership for the GSQ Global Capability Model across priority functions, processes, and locations in alignment with enterprise standards. Convert GSQ and enterprise GCM strategy into cross-functional implementation plans, deployment waves, governance, and delivery milestones.
Ensure successful transition, stabilization, and scaling of work into GCCs with measurable outcomes across service, quality, compliance, cost, and sustainability. Act as the strategic leader for GSQ GCM implementation, serving as GSQ’s senior implementation authority for deployment readiness, sequencing, escalation, and execution risk management.
How you will contribute: Own end-to-end implementation leadership of the GSQ GCM roadmap, including mobilization, transition planning, execution, stabilization, and scaling. Serve as the central GSQ lead for execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, resolving implementation barriers, and driving adoption of the GCM model.
Translate GCM priorities into structured implementation plans with defined milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional execution across GSQ, Global GCM, Finance, HR, site leadership, and partner functions.
Oversee deployment readiness, transition governance, issue resolution, and escalation management across implementation waves. Lead go/no-go readiness decisions, escalation pathways, and implementation trade-off discussions balancing speed, quality, compliance, service continuity, and long-term sustainability.
Track delivery performance, implementation milestones, and value realization in partnership with Finance and business stakeholders. Support capability build, operating rhythm, and ways of working required to embed GCM successfully in receiving hubs and business teams.
Provide senior leadership with clear updates, risks, recommendations, and implementation decisions needed to maintain progress. Drive adoption and sustained use of the GCM operating model through disciplined change management and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in science, engineering, or another related technical field. Master's degree preferred. 10–15+ years of experience; Significant experience leading global implementation, transition, transformation, or operating model deployment initiatives Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders Proven experience partnering with Finance on value tracking and benefits realization High degree of learning agility, resilience, and enterprise thinking Experience in biopharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries preferred Experience with benefits tracking, implementation governance, and organizational change preferred Locations IND - Bengaluru Worker Type Employee Worker Sub-Type Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Time Type Full time
