The candidate will use SAP on daily basis to perform different tasks to fulfill orders and queries from our stakeholders.

text-size-adjust: none; text-decoration: underline;">Your Responsibilities Will Be</span></strong></span></p><p> </p><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Handling customer orders process with possible input into SAP and/or resolution of issues related within the working day.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitoring the goods delivery process to the customer and all possible issues.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Management of all the issue related to the open orders - Backorders, Blocks and Customer returns.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Issuing and checking invoices in electronic format with possible resolution of anomalies.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Customers Support and assistance to the sales Team to ensure full satisfaction of all external and internal requests.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Complaints management.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support to the Team Supervisor and colleagues with Report and Analysis.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
