You will collaborate with experienced professionals, work on real projects, and gain exposure to how global strategies come to life at a local and regional level.</p><p> </p><p>We are currently offering <strong>three (3) internship positions within our Supply Chain team.</strong></p><p>This posting includes three separate roles:</p><ul><li>1 position: Supply Chain Capital Equipment Intern</li><li>1 position: Supply Chain Demand Planning Intern</li><li>1 position: Supply Chain Projects Intern<br>By applying to this posting, you will be considered for one of the three roles, based on your profile, skills, and interests.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About the Opportunities</strong><br><strong>Position 1: Supply Chain Capital Equipment Intern</strong><br>This role is ideal for students interested in operations, analytics, project coordination, and medical equipment management within a dynamic healthcare environment, with a focus on technical service support.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Support analysis and improvement of operational processes and workflows<br>Assist in mapping dashboards and tracking productivity metrics<br>Contribute to project management and problem-solving initiatives<br>Support research and analysis to improve operational efficiency<br>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and analytical tasks</p><p><br><strong>Position 2: Supply Chain Demand Planning Intern</strong><br>This role is designed for students interested in supply planning, data analysis, and business operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Support supply planning activities and real business operations tasks<br>Contribute to the preparation of reports, proposals, and data analysis<br>Work with databases, spreadsheets, and planning tools<br>Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders across functions<br>Assist in analyzing operational data to support decision-making </p><p><br><strong>Position 3: Supply Chain Projects Intern</strong><br>This role is focused on students passionate about process improvement, automation, and project execution.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Work on real business projects such as data analysis, automation, and process improvements<br>Support the design, development, and implementation of operational solutions<br>Contribute to reporting, presentations, and strategic initiatives<br>Participate in cross-functional projects and agile work environments<br>Support the analysis of industry trends, market insights, and internal processes <br>Who We Are Looking For<br>Students currently in advanced semesters of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields <br>Analytical thinkers with strong problem-solving skills<br>Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented<br>Strong communicators with ability to collaborate across teams and regions<br>Interested in developing skills in operations, supply chain, analytics, and project management<br>Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment</p><p><br> <br><strong>Required & Desired Skills</strong><br><strong>Required:</strong></p><p>Intermediate to advanced level of English (written and spoken)<br>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills<br>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) </p><p><br><strong>Desired:</strong></p><p>Interest in supply chain operations, planning, or process improvement<br>Experience working with data, reports, and analytics<br>Knowledge of project management or continuous improvement methodologies<br>Nice to Have:</p><p>Familiarity with tools such as ERP systems, Tableau, or automation tools<br>Experience with data analysis or digital transformation initiatives<br>Interest in healthcare or medical device industries</p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Requisition ID: </strong>628998</span></span></p><p> </p><p><span>Boston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
