About the role: The Senior Close & Consolidation Analyst will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the global month-end close and consolidation processes. This position is responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of financial consolidation data across Oracle HFM, Oracle FCCS, and Oracle EPCM allocation processes.

The role serves as a key liaison between Finance, Corporate Accounting, FP&A, and IT, supporting current-state Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) operations while driving the transition to Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The ideal candidate combines strong accounting and consolidation expertise with deep knowledge of Oracle EPM applications, close processes, data governance, and system controls. Key responsibilities:<ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;"><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Serve as a key finance support partner for the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation processes.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor and support Oracle HFM close activities, ensuring timely execution of consolidation, intercompany eliminations, ownership calculations, and reporting processes.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support the implementation, testing, and ongoing management of Oracle FCCS.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage and support Oracle EPCM allocation processes, ensuring accurate execution, reconciliation, and transparency of allocation methodologies.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to ensure financial data integrity across source systems, ERP platforms, and EPM applications.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve consolidation, data load, mapping, and close process issues; coordinate resolution efforts with technical and business stakeholders.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform detailed data reconciliations and validation activities between ERP, HFM, FCCS, EPCM, and reporting applications.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support close governance through monitoring controls, audit readiness, documentation maintenance, and evidence retention.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on close automation, process standardization, system optimization, and AI-enabled efficiencies.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and change management activities associated with Oracle FCCS migration and ERP transformation initiatives.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Develop and deliver user training, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials for supported EPM applications.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support special projects, system enhancements, and strategic finance transformation initiatives as needed.</li></ul> Required Qualifications:<ul style="margin-top: 0in; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">5+ years of progressive FP&A experience supporting financial close, consolidations, and financial systems.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of consolidation accounting, intercompany eliminations, ownership structures, and close management processes.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; background-color: white; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Oracle Smart View.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal;
