External applicants must be eligible to work in the US. <div id="tor__flistingLayout_readOnlyDiv"><div id="tor__flistingLayout_content">Your Role The Master Maintenance Technician is a senior level position within the Manufacturing Maintenance team. The Manufacturing Maintenance team is responsible for the maintenance of a wide range of equipment used in the manufacturing process, including manual and some basic automated machinery.

Maintenance activity may require manual intervention,inspection, and hands-on repairs by maintenance technicians. Manufacturing maintenance technicians require a variety of skills to handle different types of equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

The hours are 6am-6pm Fri-Sun. Duties include: <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Perform advanced level preventive and breakdown maintenance of complex production equipment - mechanically, pneumatically, and electrically.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Senior-level activities on a wide range of equipment, from strictly manual processes to basic automated machinery.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Intervention into processes for inspection and hands-on activities to ensure proper safe state and quality product built post-repair.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Diagnose complex equipment malfunctions and conduct needed repairs.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Support operations schedule by minimizing equipment downtime.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Work cross functionally with operations, quality, and engineering.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Evaluate and optimize Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Accurately record all equipment maintenance data and results.

Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities performed.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Fully support the installation and validation of new equipment as assigned.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Proactively identifies and reports safety, quality, and productivity concerns, communicates issues across teams and shifts to ensure timely resolution, follows all EHS guidelines, supports continuous improvement and sustainability efforts, maintains a clean workspace, and works independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul> Physical Attributes <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Physical flexibility to interact with troubleshoot machinery and equipment.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Exposure to chemical reagents.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Use hand and power tools.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Frequent lifting/carrying of 26 - 50 lbs.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bend, squat, stoop, and kneel.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Pinch, grasp, and manipulate objects consistently and regularly.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Fine motor skills.</li></ul> Who You Are Minimum Qualifications <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">High School Diploma or GED.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">5+ years of manufacturing equipment maintenance or related experience within an ISO certified or cGMP manufacturing environment.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">7+ years of manufacturing equipment maintenance or related experience within an ISO certified or cGMP manufacturing environment.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Advanced electro-mechanical knowledge along with experience applying this knowledge to process/equipment design and troubleshooting.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience and ability to become a Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW).</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Understand safe work practices and have experience in lockout, tag out, and electrical safety per OSHA standards.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience with Microsoft products.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Creating and editing drawings/schematics in CAD.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Lean/Six Sigma experience.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Effective communication skills.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Uses precision measurement tools, collaborates across teams to improve processes and equipment, and applies robotics experience such as teaching and adjusting points while working independently.</li></ul> Pay Range for this position: $17 -$27 per hour The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
