
In this role, you will manage and process customer orders, respond to inquiries, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. You will maintain high standards for service quality, documentation, and compliance while supporting day‑to‑day operational needs.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding pricing, availability, order status, and shipping information
Act as the internal voice of the customer and ensure needs are communicated clearly across departments
Process customer orders and ensure specifications, pricing, product details, and delivery information are complete and accurate
Direct customer requests to the appropriate internal teams and track follow‑up
Acknowledge orders, communicate changes, provide updates, and manage backorders
Use the sales order entry system to ensure accurate customer information and interpret quotes, promotions, and credit policies
Follow service quality and order accuracy standards, departmental SOPs, and training guidelines
Comply with ISO 13485, ISO 9001 quality management system requirements
Perform additional tasks as needed to support business operations
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, ideally in biotechnology or manufacturing
Experience with ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Effective time‑management and organizational skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication abilities
Intermediate Danish (B1/B2) is required
Strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
Professional judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
High accuracy, attention to detail, and customer‑focused mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑growing and complex environment
Demonstrated initiative and strong customer service orientation
