The role collaborates closely with Business Leaders, Function Heads, and other internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver high-quality, impactful training solutions.You will operate as part of the international and matrix Communication, Change and Learning team and contribute to the design and delivery of training sessions.You will work within the “Learning as a Service” model, aligned with Bayer’s Dynamic Resource Flow.

This means supporting learning and training needs for internal business divisions and GBS employees as a flexible, service-oriented learning partner. The role includes facilitation of both virtual and face‑to‑face sessions. As our business centers are located across different countries, occasional facilitation outside of Gdańsk may be required. The core training portfolio includes leadership programs, performance development sessions, INSIGHT workshops, and other capability‑building programs. Work on As-A-Service Projects (resource flow): Act as a learning consultant, leading and/or contributing to Learning and Training programs and initiatives tailored to diverse organizational needs.
