Conduct market research and define a long-term product strategy, maintaining and adjusting a prioritized roadmap based on customer feedback, market changes, and technical feasibility.
Lead all stages of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) from ideation to post-launch optimization, ensuring efficient Agile practices and balanced prioritization of backlogs.
Conduct user research and analyze customer insights to define actionable product requirements,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to ensure smooth execution and alignment on product goals.
Present updates, risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership, maintaining clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
Own business case development, including P&L, pricing strategies, and financial modeling to ensure profitability and ROI.
Monitor product performance post-launch and use KPIs and data to drive future iterations.
Identify and mitigate risks, focusing on healthcare regulatory compliance and AI model governance.
Lead successful product launches in collaboration with marketing, driving adoption and revenue growth.
Oversee ongoing support, enhancements, and optimizations based on post-launch metrics.
Evangelize product adoption internally and externally, working to drive usage and revenue growth.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
8-12 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI as a productivity and effectiveness multiplier
Proven experience with Agile practices and cross-functional team collaboration.
Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities and critical thinking in product strategy.
Deep understanding of user needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and data-driven product management.
Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaboration across departments.
Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions and drive product success.
Ability to travel 25-30% is required.
