line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Define and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, country requirements, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; MBA or Agile/Product certification is a plus.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">7–10 years of experience in product ownership, business process solutioning, or operational transformation roles.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), inventory management, consignment, or workflow-driven operational processes.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Proven ability to translate business processes into scalable system workflows, business rules, validations, and operational solutions.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px;
