Based on the official JD, the role includes scientific engagement with Thought Leaders, generation of medical insights, support of educational activities, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. </span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Your Tasks and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p> </p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain scientific partnerships with Thought Leaders (TLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs) and medical societies.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate and exchange scientific information related to Bayer's Radiology portfolio.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Generate actionable medical insights to support local medical strategy and cross-functional decision-making.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate closely with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory and other internal stakeholders to support integrated customer engagement.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive scientific exchange through advisory boards, educational meetings, scientific discussions and medical education initiatives.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor scientific developments, competitor activities and emerging trends in Radiology.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support evidence generation activities and contribute to medical projects aligned with local healthcare needs.
