<div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support value improvement and waste elimination activities through the execution of Lean and Process Improvement projects aligned with business goals and objectives.</li><li>Drive the implementation and continuous advancement of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices across manufacturing operations.</li><li>Provide technical support to manufacturing teams in initiating and sustaining Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.</li><li>Deliver training and ongoing support on Lean tools and methodologies while driving process optimization initiatives.</li><li>Lead waste reduction and productivity improvement efforts across manufacturing and support functions.</li><li>Collaborate with R&D, Process Development, and Equipment Engineering teams to ensure new products, processes, and equipment are designed using Lean and ergonomic principles.</li><li>Support Value Stream Mapping activities and operational excellence initiatives.</li><li>Review facility layout changes and support production flow optimization through effective space utilization and capacity planning.</li><li>Establish and maintain standard times through work measurement studies and engineering standards.</li><li>Prepare, maintain, and present Industrial Engineering data, standards, and reports in accordance with company guidelines.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>AutoCAD.</li><li>Time Study and Work Measurement.</li><li>Line Balancing.</li><li>Efficiency Improvement.</li><li>Capacity Planning.</li><li>Operational Excellence.</li><li>Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.</li><li>Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Simulation / FlexSim experience will be an added advantage.</li></ul></div><p>About Us</p><p>As a global medical technology leader for more than 45 years, our mission at Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) is to transform lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients.
