
Healthcare System Solutions Associate Manager, Hepatology

Job Purpose Partner with priority healthcare institutions and cross-functional teams to identify system-level barriers and co-create solutions that enable timely patient access and successful implementation of hepatology care pathways.
Map account-specific patient journeys, including eligible-patient identification, treatment initiation, monitoring, patient support, and treatment completion. Execute health system solutions (HSS) development and expansion projects across all sectors in line with GSK Ways of Working, keeping patient needs and timely access at the heart of execution.
Support policy and protocol shaping by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to embed appropriate testing, diagnosis, referral, treatment initiation, and monitoring pathways. Key Responsibilities Map the end-to-end patient journey, account workflows, stakeholders, lab testing capabilities, and operational capacity within priority accounts.
Identify clinical, operational, economic, and patient-experience barriers and generate actionable field insights. Create tailored, compliant solutions covering patient identification, referral, treatment initiation and completion.
Lead HSS projects that improve eligible-patient identification, linkage to care, and overall patient experience. Support patient support program (PSP) implementation by aligning services with account workflows and reducing burden on healthcare professionals and patients.
Manage healthcare-system projects end to end, including account plans, milestones, risks, progress tracking, and performance measures. Support national hepatology-related initiatives and healthcare partnerships aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, PSP, Government Affairs, Supply, Legal, and Compliance. Support healthcare professional education and provide the latest approved disease-area information in line with local regulations and GSK Ways of Working.
Apply agile, design-thinking, and continuous-improvement approaches to develop practical and scalable solutions. Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and full compliance with GSK policies, codes, and governance requirements.
Compliance Responsibilities Build and maintain compliance knowledge and implement governance processes across the team to ensure that HSS operational activities adhere to GSK’s codes, policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements. Ensure that all medical governance responsibilities are efficiently managed.
Ensure strong business partnerships with distributors within GSK’s compliance and legal framework. Advocate for employee health and safety by contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
Ensure adherence to all quality procedures necessary in market so that GSK is supplying high-quality products to patients. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Saudi National .
A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. A valid SCFHS license as a certified pharmacist in Saudi Arabia.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in the Saudi market and understanding of public healthcare settings.
Demonstrated project-management and stakeholder-coordination capability. Willingness and ability to travel when needed.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare-system solutions or patient support programs. Experience in hepatology , gastroenterology , or broader specialty care .
Experience supporting a new launch or establishing a new care pathway. GSK
