An (IS) will work with facility staff and management to provide end user training in the field and virtually.

This position also requires the (IS) to assist with customer data and technical hardware testing in preparation of any upcoming training. Communication within the Customer Establishment department is a crucial part of this role.

The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to deliver solutions on time.
