
<p><strong>Your Role: </strong>As a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will design, build, automate, and operate cloud-native infrastructure supporting critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) services used across our organization.</p><p>Our IAM team is part of the Central Technology Office and is distributed across multiple countries. The team consists of Developers, DevOps Engineers, Product Owners, and Project Managers working in an agile environment to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions.
You will work closely with development, security, and architecture teams to improve automation, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across our IAM landscape.</p><p>You will join a team that operates mission-critical IAM services, including internally developed microservices and open-source applications running on containerized platforms.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using Infrastructure as Code.</li><li>Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for secure and reliable software delivery.</li><li>Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous reliability improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.</li><li>Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and automation capabilities.</li><li>Contribute to operational excellence through standardization, automation, and best practices.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with container platforms, particularly <strong>Kubernetes</strong>.</li><li>Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably <strong>AWS</strong>, including services such as EKS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and S3.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Infrastructure as Code</strong>, preferably using <strong>Terraform</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, <strong>TypeScript</strong>, or Ruby.</li><li>Experience building and maintaining <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> and deployment automation.</li><li>Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions, including tools such as <strong>Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry</strong>.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems environments.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Experience with <strong>GitOps</strong> tools such as Argo CD or Flux.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Ansible</strong> or other automation frameworks.</li><li>Experience with serverless architectures and AWS-native services.</li><li>Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies.</li><li>Experience supporting business-critical production platforms in an SRE or platform engineering environment.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Salary starts at 3.000 EUR and depends on the relevant experience. </p>
