
Actively seek out accounts within the designated region to grow both new and current businesses by identifying contacts, understanding customer needs, and discovering ongoing or future projects that can become sales opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities by researching target accounts, mapping decision-makers, and engaging relevant stakeholders.
Perform all Inside Sales activities, including but not limited to lead (MQL) qualification, opportunity creation, and appointment setting for Field Sales teams.
Actively manage and progress opportunities through all stages of the sales funnel, executing defined activities to move deals forward in line with funnel management and sales stage requirements.
Work closely with Field Sales colleagues to identify key contacts and growth opportunities within Fluke’s installed base and prospect accounts.
Serve as a first point of contact for End users and Field Sales colleagues for commercial and sales-related inquiries via phone and email.
Provide accurate forecasts and maintain CRM data quality, ensuring timely updates on opportunity status, pipeline health, and sales outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a technical field.
1–2 years of Inside Sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably working with international customers or channel partners.
Experience selling or supporting high‑tech or professional industry products.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office tools (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or any other Customer Relation Manager.
Fluency in English (business language) German. Any additional languages are a strong advantage.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong interest in sales and business development.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and customer-oriented manner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
